For years, I was on the "other side" – managing teams, negotiating contracts, building sales strategies. I worked as a director, manager, and consultant across various markets and industries.
At a certain point, I realized that sharing knowledge gives me
the greatest satisfaction. I've gone through all the career levels, which is why I know the challenges faced by leaders, sales professionals, and teams – and how to help them. I inspire change, teach communication, and show how to build strong relationships in business. Helping to look at challenges from a different perspective is my specialty.
